Do you have a course research assignment and wish to improve the information-gathering skills of your students? Would you like to introduce your students to quality library resources to help ensure their success?

If so, consider inviting a Feinberg librarian to visit your class!

Library Instruction Sessions are designed to develop the information literacy skills of our students and improve the quality of student research.

In partnership with teaching faculty, we tailor library sessions to the subject matter of your course and the specific needs of your students.

Librarians teach:

  •     Course-specific information (with follow-up online research guides and print handouts)
  •     Online databases and library catalogs
  •     Effective web searching
  •     Citing information in APA, MLA, and other formats
  •     Evaluating resources and more!

Learn more or schedule a session today.

We look forward to working with you and your students.

For more information contact Karen Volkman, Associate Librarian and Library Instruction Session Manager.
